Contracts & Co-Ownerships

All dogs here at Xzotika are sold with a contract.  Contracts are drafted on a case-by-case basis taking into consideration the needs of the buyer as well as the needs of Xzotika.

Here are some of the things you will typically find in an Xzotika Contract. 

1. Show dogs will be co-owned until the dog is finished there are no exceptions.

2. Dogs designated as a companion dog (non-show dog) will be sold with a mandatory spay/neuter contract and without papers until proof of spay/neuter has been provided.

3. If you move you will be required to provide a change of address to help maintain the accuracy of kennel records.

4. Re-homing: Owners of our dogs forfeit the right to re-home any dogs placed without written authorization from Xzotika via certified letter.  New homes must go through the same screening process even if you have known the person all your life this includes but not limited to friends, co-workers and family members.

5. Breach of Contract:  There is a monetary penalty for any contract breach of $5,000.00 unless the contract has been amended to allow the breach.                   

6. Bitches will never be bred before two years of age.  Nor will bitches be bred prior to obtaining an OFA Excellent or Good.  OFA fair bitches WILL NOT be used as breeding stock!
